This is Ross Brawn looking quietly smug, and rightly so because news has just been leaked of an official announcement that the Honda Motor Company and Brawn have reached an agreement.
PitPass released an article quoting Ross Brawn’s announcement that as expected the team will be using Mercedes engines and the line up will be Jenson Button and Rubens Barrichello.
The team’s livery has been caught on camera at Silverstone this morning, although it’s bound to change once they get some sponsorship…surely?

This is fantastic news that we’re not losing an F1 team. Ross does come accross very smug, but the old Honda gang can go racing. Marvelous for Button and Barachello!
The logo isn’t great. It’s a case of trying too hard to put some speed in the lean of the lettering, like go faster stripes which are included in the GP bit. As dp states, it does look like B.R Awn GP. Could be a doctor?!!! Actually in the above photo he does have that air of handing out prescriptions for embarrassing ailments! Brawn of course is muscular strength or… meat from the head of a pig. They could try and incorporate all those themes into the logo. It would infact look worse then. Nevermind!
BRAINS people BRAINS NOT BRAWN??? But obviously someone had had a lobotomy when they came up with this name and the logo, I know its the guy’s name but doesn’t he have a pet or a wife he could have named it after, Brawn GP is awful, sounds as though we have stumbled into a WWF ring or something.
