Jenson Button is to appear in a TV ad for Walkers Crisps, as taxi driver with the manufactured boy band ‘JLS’ – according to reports the boy band were star struck to meet Jenson who said his mum likes them a lot.

It’s a rather bizarre combination of people and products, any ideas for the advertisement message folks?

All will become clear on Wednesday (March 10th) when the ad premieres on ITV1 in the UK.  See www.walkers.co.uk for more information.

Meanwhile here’s the latest video from the Walkers website… ahem:

  • I really would have liked to be at the meeting when they came up with that!
JLS and crisps makes about as much sense as HRT’s tarmac coloured livery! (not much in case you’re wondering)

    • Yes, this campaign seems to make as much sense as when they got Victoria Beckham to advertise crisps, despite being as thin as a rake…

Nice to see Jenson poking fun at himself though.
