F1 Badger is a web based magazine with insightful features all the news that matters concerning Formula One Grand Prix racing. We pride ourselves on being different to the many other F1 related websites with our light-hearted, chatty and thoroughly enjoyable and accessible coverage of all things F1. As well as news, reports and features the site often has some brilliant interviews, exclusives, giveaways, competitions and product reviews.
It all began in 2008 when Adam setup a little blog called “The Parc Ferme” where he reported on the races and current affairs in F1. After some terrific feedback and response to his work, he set about creating F1 Badger in late 2008 – a light-hearted, chatty and accessible F1 fan site. By February 2009, the site was launched along with a Fantasy Grand Prix game and some additional pair of hands writing articles.
2009 was a great debut year for this young rookie of an F1 site and through much hard work we brought our reports, views and insight to cover all the goings on in the F1 world alongside the grand prix weekend reports. Highlights have included interviews with Sir Stirling Moss, Patrick Head, Lee McKenzie, Martin Brundle, Jonathan Legard, Freddie Hunt and others, as well as exclusive behind the scenes access to the British Grand Prix, the Williams HQ and much more. We’ve enjoyed running the Fantasy game and there are now 17 proud owners of the much coveted Badger Trophy Mugs.
2010 looks to build on our experiences and bring more opportunities with additional contributors, an improved website and much more on it’s merry way to you soon. Here’s to a great year and a great F1 season.
